RULES

Contest open to Lambertville city residents. Grand prize winner ineligible for top prize following two years. Judging will take place from sidewalk/street. Winner(s) announced before Halloween.

Judging will be carried out by the Kalmia Club and will be based on creativity, lighting, originality, effective use of space, and atmosphere. To enter, fill out the ENTRY FORM below and pay the ENTRY FEE.
