Membership & Renewal Form

Instructions - This is a two-step process:

  1. Fill out the Membership Form below. (We recommend doing this step first.)

  2. Submit dues via either (1) the payment button below, (2) Venmo, or (3) Check. See Payment Options (below) for more information.

Submit your Membership Dues:

Dues are $65.

The payment button below will take you to a separate PayPal page. There you can choose to pay with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card.

We recommend filling out the Membership Form first, then making payment. See other payment options below.

Pay via PayPal or Credit Card

  • PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - $66.86

    • Use the payment button above to submit your dues.

    • Dues are $65. A processing fee of $1.86 is applied = $66.86

    • You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal that serves as your receipt.

    VENMO - $66.40

    • Find @KalmiaClub in your Venmo app.

    • Pay $65 plus $1.40 to cover the service fee = $66.40

    • Please write Membership Dues in the memo section.

    MAIL CHECK - $65

    • Payable to Kalmia Club. Please write Membership Dues in the memo section.

    • Mail to Kalmia Club, 39 York Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530.

    • Checks will no longer be collected at monthly meetings. Mail only.
