This is a take-it-home project / gift that requires supplies, so we ask each participant to pay $5. Bring a rolling pin if you have one to share. Katherine Van Dell, whose program is entitled "Knowledge is a Girl’s Best Friend," will discuss what everyone should know about buying, selling and assessing jewelry, including retail vs fair market vs insurance valuation. Katherine will bring with her a box of loupes (jeweler magnifiers) so members may look at their own jewelry with the eye of a jeweler.

Kat's book "Stories from Beneath the Stones" brings to life some of the important people buried in the historic Doylestown Cemetery. Artists, writers, political leaders, scientists and industrialists who lived in Bucks County are buried here. The 10-acre tract became a Cemetery in 1849 and has expanded to 33 acres today.

Anne started MSI/Plumbing & Remodeling over 25 years ago and loves to talk about how she did it. She will bring her wagon of "show and tell" items and share the many tips she has for home ownership... even for those who have owned their homes for years! Past audiences commented how much they learned, and how much fun it was. A copy of her book, "The Insider's Guide to Home Improvement" will be available for sale.
